Christian Education
“Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee… 6 Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. 7 But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I cammand thee thou shalt speak. 8 Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord.
Jeremiah 1:4-8
God has a purpose for each of us.
And the only way to discover Gods purpose for you is to get and remain in fellowship with Him.
Our ministry and congregation
We want to help our young people develop a love and trust in God while in their youth so that it will be easy and natural for them to call on Him, trust in Him, and obey Him as they get old and troubles get more complex. When you look at things from a worldly perspective as Jeremiah was doing earlier on everything seems impossible. But, when you look at life from a spirtual or Godly perspective you know and trust that He can do exceedingly and abundantly more than you can ever dream or imagine; because He knows what you are made of… He knows He’s at work inside of you.
HOPE
We get our gifts and our troubles and they help to shape us and mold us into the person he wants us to be. Christian Education hopes to help our youth come know God. We are blessed to have a true and living God. God of judgment and mercy, a God who remains the same, a God who knew our strengths and our weaknesses, and went ahead and made us anyway. We are blessed to have a God who wants us to know Him: what pleases Him/Brings Him joy, what displeases Him/Upsets Him.
