Annual Reports for 2023 DUE

The following ministries need to make a report: Scholarship, Christian Education, Office, Women of Faith, Fabric Ministry, Hospitality, Church Events, Van Ministry, Benevolence. Please have them in the church by January 14th. Thank you.

Election of Officers 2024:

Nominations are accepted for all open positions. Forms are located on the table in the back foyer. When you have made your nomination, then put the forms in the box on the table in back foyer. Nominations can be made for the following positions:

Moderator Assistant Moderator

Church Clerk & Assistant Clerk

Financial Secretary & Current Expense Treasurer

Benevolence Treasurer

Church School Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent

Church Representatives for Trustees & Official Board

(*The Official Board Meets quarterly [every 3 months] per year.)

10:00AM – Men’s Fellowship Breakfast.

Sunday, January 28th:

The Annual Meeting of the Congregation immediately after the morning worship. Election of officers for the Trustee and Official Board.

Prayer Tree

Prayer Tree is located on a wall in the Fellowship Hall near the windows. If you would like us to pray for you, please print your prayer request on the sticky note and place it on the tree. Prayer is offered daily.

Have/Need Board

The Have/Need Board is located the wall immediately inside the Fellowship Hall near the coffee. If you need something or have something please post it on the board (leave your phone number).

Inclement Weather

Due to icy, stormy, or blizzard conditions, the church may have to close. Watch Channels 2, 4, & 7 to get “Close Now” strip at the bottom of your TV screen about closing and reopening. You may also view the Channels 2, 4, & 7 websites for listings not shone on the TV screen.

Reminders

Let us know when your name, address, apartment, or phone number has changed. Many cards/letters have been returned because of wrong information on envelope. Please fill out the form on the table in the back foyer and put it in the specially marked box. You may also submit this information online by emailing the church office at dabc965@gmail.com with your name and the information that has changed.

Don’t forget to practice social distancing while in the building. Sit in the pews marked by the blue tape.
