Girls Becoming Pearls

Sunday, July 9: 11:30AM – Girls Becoming Pearls for ages 8-12 will meet in the Fellowship Hall during the sermon.

Mission: Toothpaste

The Costa Rica mission team is making Hygiene bags with Toothpaste, toothbrushes, washcloths, and soap for the homeless. Our part is to supply the toothpaste. Donated tubes of toothpaste can be placed in the marked container in the back foyer.

Vacation Bible School

Monday, July 10 – Friday, July 14, 2023 from 9:30AM-12:45PM. Registration is open for Kindergarten through 6th Grade. If you would like to help or volunteer, the Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet and Children’s Registration is on the foyer table. Fill out the forms and return to Pastor Lipscomb or to the church office.

11:30AM – Children’s Church for preschool ages will meet in the upstairs classroom during the sermon.

Saturday, July 22

12:00NOON – The Fabric Ministry meets in the Fellowship Hall.

Thursday, July 27

6:00PM – Trustee Meeting.

10:00AM – Men’s Fellowship Breakfast.

Costa Rica Mission Trip

Prayer Tree

Prayer Tree is located on a wall in the Fellowship Hall near the windows. If you would like us to pray for you, please print your prayer request on the sticky note and place it on the tree. Prayer is offered daily.

Have/Need Board

The Have/Need Board is located the wall immediately inside the Fellowship Hall near the coffee. If you need something or have something please post it on the board (leave your phone number).

Inclement Weather

Due to icy, stormy, or blizzard conditions, the church may have to close. Watch Channels 2, 4, & 7 to get “Close Now” strip at the bottom of your TV screen about closing and reopening. You may also view the Channels 2, 4, & 7 websites for listings not shone on the TV screen.

Reminders

Let us know when your name, address, apartment, or phone number has changed. Many cards/letters have been returned because of wrong information on envelope. Please fill out the form on the table in the back foyer and put it in the specially marked box. You may also submit this information online by emailing the church office at dabc965@gmail.com with your name and the information that has changed.

Don’t forget to practice social distancing while in the building. Sit in the pews marked by the blue tape.
