**Scholarship Ministry:**
The Scholarship Ministry is collecting monetary donations to be used toward the purchase of school supplies, certificates of recognition, backpacks, etc. Please use the envelopes marked “Scholarship” for your donation. Thank you.
**Baptism:**
If you would like to be baptized, fill out the form next to the “Baptism” box on the podium & drop into the box.
**Prayer:**1
If you need prayer, print your request on a piece of paper and put into the Prayer Box on the table in the back foyer. Thank you. We will pray for you.

The Prayer Box is located on the table in the back foyer. If you need prayer for yourself or other people, print your request on a piece of paper and drop it into the box. We will pray for you.
***Van for Worship Service***
If you need the van for Sunday Worship Service, please call the church office (716-884-0070) before 2PM on Friday.
**Van Transportation Reminder:**1
Please DO NOT call for van pickup AFTER 2PM on Friday. Weekend phone messages will not be answered until Monday morning. Thank you.
***Van for Bible Study***
If you need the van for Wednesday Evening Bible Study, please call the church office (716-884-0070) before 2PM on Wednesday.
**Reminder:**
The Church Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. All phone messages will be answered on Monday morning.
**Birthdays, Anniversaries:**
If there are birthdays, anniversaries, and/or other announcements/events, are on the November church calendar. See in bulletin.
Prayer Tree in Fellowship Hall:
If you need prayer, print your request on the sticky note and tape to the Prayer Tree in the Fellowship Hall (located on wall near piano & windows). We will pray for you. When your request has been answered, please remove the sticky note. Thank you.
**Coffee is Served**
After Worship Service, coffee is available in the Fellowship Hall. Free bread & other items may also be available.

Please fill out the form on the table in the back foyer and put it in the specifically marked box.
